Delighted with the service we received when buying stressless furniture from paul adams. we didn't visit the store; everything was ordered over the phone. a problem which was was our fault was sorted out by the store. the sofas were delivered to our flat, carefully protected, at a time and date agreed. thank you everyone!

Good quality furniture but can be expensive, but my aunt bought a recliner chair there and is delighted with it. it was delivered on time and exactly as she wanted. since then i have returned this year and bought a chair and matching foot stool not overly expensive as i bought them in their sale so it worked out i pretty much got the footstool free with the discounts! it's perfect! i don't have a lot of room so this more compact design works well in my house and the stool will provide an extra seat if needed. the service was first class. in store the gentleman who served me was polite and helpful, no hard sell he even sent me a sample of the fabric to help me make my decision, i decided the colour i'd originally chosen would be too light, so when i went back and ordered them i chose a slightly darker colour its warmer and works well my other furnishings. it is so comfortable and is a perfect fit for me, i would recommend anyone take a look and find out what they cost it might not be as much as you think! the delivery was good too! the chair & footstool were packed up in quilted zip bags to protect them fully and were quickly installed in my house, the drivers were polite and considerate. so all round i've had a very good experience with paul adams in brook street, hull (opposite the side entrance to the prospect centre). (the sofa on the main pictures for paul adams is the same style as this chair so you can have a full suite, you get 2 free cushions with the sofa)
