I have experienced the best care I could wish for from the carer provided by Home Instead. She helps with my personal care and absolutely anything else I need doing - housework, light garden care, collecting prescriptions etc. All done so cheerfully. I know the managers take great care when hiring staff and their ethos shines through in their staff. I totally recommend them!

I have never done this type of work before , but wanted to help people, the training was relaxed and easy to do. Then the staff match you to the correct person you can help. I mainly go as a companion with some shopping . However you can with the support of the office do more training for helping other clients. What I also like is you dont have to rush from one client to another which is lovely as makes the visits to clients more relaxed, which helps the clients more . Although we often work alone the staff have a group on social media which is so friendly and ite nice to know the others by. I can only speak as a person who cares for clients but I do know that one of my clients is so happy with us going in and helping. Its not just a company for the older generation it's a caring company for everyone and the name of the company is very apt Home instead .

Since joining Home Instead I have been so impressed with the ethos, professionalism, training and support. The CAREGivers are all amazing at what they do and have joined the company because they genuinely care. I would definitely recommend them as an employer.

I have recently joined the company and I am very impressed by the checks, training and mentoring that takes place prior to staff going on to work with clients, it really is to an excellent standard. It is evident that the safety and wellbeing of clients and staff as well as the level of service delivered is of paramount importance.
