Sirius Homecare

I started working for Sirius Homecare a few months ago and I can honestly say that I would trust them with the care of my own parents (if they were still alive). They care about the staff as well as the clients, they make me feel valued and actually want to listen to my opinions.

Sirius homecare really helped my family. My mum had no weekend care at short notice. They got back to me straight away and were very helpful. They came promptly to do a risk assessment and were very professional and friendly. They have managed to meet all our time requests and are so accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love working for Sirius Homecare. The staff and managers are so supportive and helpful. You truly feel like part of an amazing family I feel very lucky to work for such a successful and caring team. The clients are wonderful and I feel extremely valued as a carer!

I joined the sirius family in April 2023. And it's the best decision I have ever made. Where to start. Pete and chloe who created the company are just amazing! They care and are compassionate and extremely supportive. The physical training and the elearning you receive helps reassure when new to care and constantly offered more training an support throughout if needed.They provide amazing support just starting out and make sure your comfortable before going out on your own. Then the office staff and the managers whilst your out working are incredible! Constant support help and reassurance! Can Truly tell they care about staff and the clients. I have never know a employer and business like them. I fell safe and warm and part of the team! The flexibility within the job is amazing. I have a 1 year old and they have been amazing helping me work around my little boy! The level of support given throughout any scenerio is incredible. I feel proud to part of the sirius family and couldn't recommend them enough! Best company ever!

There is a great work/life balance that positively supports all of the staff. Initially i was employed as a Personal Assistant which i loved. I chose to work long hours because i enjoyed it so much and was soon promoted to a Field Care Supervisor. I am now working in an office based role and the support and encouragement i have received is amazing. They really care about both their clients and staff, which shows from all of the positive reviews they are getting.
