Premier Inn Hull City Centre hotel

Very friendly staff at all exchanges - breakfast and dinner service, bar, reception etc Shame about exterior scaffolding, but understandable why this is up as I believe that's because of cladding being replaced. To counteract, you get a lovely view of the River Humber when you're in the restaurant (7th floor). Comfortable rooms. Only issues were: The air con - Hard to switch on. Recommend to keep pressing and to leave on for a while for room to warm up (especially if you're visiting in colder months). Maybe put it in before you leave for dinner, so room temperature is acceptable wheb you return to room. Water pressure and temperature - When having a shower, the hottest temperature is acceptable but would have liked it warmer, plus pressure of water a tad on the weak side. Overall, good value for money. Thanks to all staff for a pleasant stay 👍🏻

I think they have had a bit of a run of bad luck just lately,a water pipe or something had busrt which took out both lifts, se of the rooms and some of the reception, along with having the cladding replaced on the outside of the building it's fair to say it's a bit of a building site. The rooms are fine and clean and the bar area is nice and relaxed with some quite nice views over the Humber. The staff were pleasant friendly and looked after our every need.

I was lucky enough to get a room that had just been refurbished. It was really nice. It had a pod coffee machine which was great as I love my coffee. The bed is large and really comfy. TV, iron, charging points. It had everything I needed. I stayed 4 nights and ate in the restaurant over. Food was good and a good selection on the menu. Reasonable price as well. Good location for the old post of Hull which has plenty of great old pins. All in all a good stay over on business.

Premier Inn Hull, you are truly a credit to your company! We are Cornwall County Youth choir visiting the city for a competition and from the moment we all arrived the whole team were so helpful and attentive and looked after us all (around 60 people) throughout our busy 4 day schedule! Immaculately clean rooms, great food and a very special view over Hull in the restaurant. Grant, Pete, Debbie and Anna went the extra mile for us, thank you so much!

My stay here has been one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The staff were delightful, kind and incredibly friendly. The site was immaculate, even though they were mid renovation. The amenities were excellent. The food at the restaurant was very good, fresh and well priced. On my second night I had some upset due to some family issues and was absolutely beside myself. The night manager helped me, let me into a private room so I could cry without disturbing anyone and made me a sweet cup of tea... the care I experienced from the staff at this location was above and beyond... if I ever have to return to Hull, I will absolutely check back in to this Premier Inn again!
