Village Hotel Hull

Starbucks girls are amazing, especially beth. all the gym lads love being filled up, look forward everyday to coming. always feel relaxed after spending time in there with a white frothy milky beverage

*staff are exemplary - a credit to village hotels & hospitality industry* we've just checked out from village hotel, hull and had the best honeymoon & anniversary weekend. we were gifted by family at our wedding for a buy-a-gift getaway & we weren't disappointed. from the moment we arrived to the moment we left - staff couldn't have been any more attentive, friendly, welcoming & fabulous! lots of laughs, wonderful staff, great entertainment on saturday night in the bar/grill. the pool & jacuzzi were great; again, the leisure staff were wonderfully friendly & made us feel at ease - so relaxing 😌 grateful for being so very well looked after - wouldn't hesitate to recommend. certainly will come back again - thank you, village hotel, hull for helping to give us such a gorgeous wee weekend away for our double celebrations; very much appreciated 💓💓 mr. & mrs. c xox

I had a wonderful stay at the village hotel hull last weekend. the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large tv. the bathroom had a nice bath tub and a hairdryer. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options. the hotel also had a nice gym, a pool and a restaurant. i enjoyed the view of the humber bridge from my window. the only downside was public transportation. however, i would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in hull.

During a recent business meeting at the hull village hotel complex, i had the pleasure of experiencing their exceptional hospitality and delightful dining options. although i did not stay overnight, the restaurant's ambiance and the outstanding service left a lasting impression. the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the breakfast provided by the restaurant. the variety and quality of the food were truly remarkable. from the moment i entered, i was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff, led by a remarkable individual named lindsey. her dedication and commitment to creating a fantastic customer experience were evident in every interaction. lindsey's attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond were truly commendable. she not only ensured that our breakfast was perfect but also took the time to engage with us and ensure that all our needs were met. her professionalism and friendly demeanor made our visit truly memorable, and it was the best service we have received in a long time. the breakfast itself was a feast for the senses. the spread was abundant, featuring a wide array of freshly baked pastries, delectable fruits, and an assortment of cereals and hot dishes. the quality and taste of the food were exceptional, and it was evident that great care had been taken in its preparation. in conclusion, even though we didn't stay at the hull village hotel complex, our business meeting in the restaurant exceeded all expectations. the exceptional breakfast, coupled with lindsey's outstanding service, created a remarkable customer experience. i would highly recommend the hull village hotel complex for both their delectable dining options and their exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction.

It's a nice hotel where the accommodation was more than decent. rooms were clean and quite spacious. staff were kind and helpful. kettle, iron, and hairdryer are available, no fridge in the room. there is a swimming pool, however i didn't visit so no opinion. accessible to wheelchair and a lift is available as well. the check-in process is easy and fast. there is also a starbucks on the ground floor. overall is a good value for money.
