Booking some hypnotherapy sessions with Kerry really helped me get through severe anxiety. I highly recommend Kerry. She listens to your issues and makes you feel welcome and explains everything so you are at ease having the hypnotherapy. Afterwards I could feel a big difference in how I felt, less stressed and even managed to get some sleep once I was home, something I had been struggling to do. After having a very difficult 2022 I had been receiving talking therapy however, this had run its course and was no longer helping and I thought I would try hypnotherapy and found Kerry. After the initial consultation, it was clear that Kerry completely understood my worries/ anxieties and I could not believe what a good feeling I had from this conversation. I have had several hypnotherapy sessions and still visit now and all I can say was I wish that I had gone sooner. Kerry completely understands my worries and she is so easy to talk too and will provide practical advice and I respect what she has too say through her experiences. I was very open to the hypnotherapy and I could see benefits from the first session. I had not been that relaxed for months and I could stay in that mental hypnotic state for hours and was disappointed when the sessions came to the end as they were that effective. Each session just kept getting better.Although I am not 100% “fixed” I would never be where I am without the contribution from Kerry.
