Bella rosa italian was found via google. it shown good reviews and nice photos of the food. we visited for our 5th anniversary and were not disappointed. the taste of the starters and mains were very good. i would say that the carbonara was as good as any top chain italian at half the cost. and the risotto was divine! portions were spot on, not too much, but yet just enough. except for the starter breads and dips. the breads were very small and inadequate, but made up for it with the cery flavoursome dips and olives. the staff were exceptional. very polite, friendly, chatty and also very helpful when we couldn't get a taxi home. there is a good selection drinks, and foods, and the venue is nice and cosy. only to be let down by the taxi services locally (don't use drive! they are poor with zero response and make times up!). do visit bella rosa, as you'll be in for a treat, a great italian restaurant, with great friendly service, friendly atmosphere, and good prices.
I'd heard mixed reviews about bella rosa, but was left disappointed with the service and food overall, attention to detail all around. the atmosphere was lacking too, which didn't really help, with staff hovering. maybe it was just that point in time we were there, but we're more likely to try somewhere else/new, than return.
Superb food, great selection, knowledgeable staff. definitely going there again
