Can not fault the staff in here, they're so friendly and the service is amazing. jackie makes a good brew an all 👌 bought both mine and my partner's engagement rings from here and also my wedding band, unfortunately i crushed my engagement ring and they managed to bend it back into shape and it looked brand new. always get served with a smile and it's a really friendly atmosphere.

I bought a tissot seastar watch from the hull store and jamie who looked after me was a perfect gentleman. i was on a short time scale and he made my purchase effortless and enjoyable. i would highly recommend this store as i felt completely at ease whilst in there. see you again in the near future for my next watch.
Went in here to get a wedding ring cut of the wife's finger had got to tight . a quick painless job done in minutes. didn't charge at all a nice surprise. lovely friendly staff may go here for replacement wedding ring
