Can not fault the staff in here, they're so friendly and the service is amazing. Jackie makes a good brew an all 👌 bought both mine and my partner's engagement rings from here and also my wedding band, unfortunately I crushed my engagement ring and they managed to bend it back into shape and it looked brand new. Always get served with a smile and it's a really friendly atmosphere.

I bought a Tissot Seastar watch from the Hull store and Jamie who looked after me was a perfect gentleman. I was on a short time scale and he made my purchase effortless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this store as I felt completely at ease whilst in there. See you again in the near future for my next watch.

Went in here to get a wedding ring cut of the wife's finger had got to tight . A quick painless job done in minutes. Didn't charge at all a nice surprise. Lovely friendly staff May go here for replacement wedding ring
