It was ok when i got served by a lady who was on the phone as she was talking to a customer wich i except but a nother lady finished serving a customer and started talking about shooes. when i and a nother man was waiting to be served .i did get what i wanted in the end

Absolutely brilliant customer service that i received as soon as i walked through the door. the lady went out of her way to help me., then the manager (daniella) heard me explaining the issue to her and she came helping me sorting it . my necklace that i bought 10 months ago broke and she offered me to exchange it or get anything else i wanted , not only this ..!, she gave me a 10% extra discount on the new one i chose, really made my day . i’ve always used h.samuels and always had a great service but this time was really worth taking a time to write this review definitely recommend this place to others 100%.❤️

If you can overlook how worn out and slightly scruffy the hull prospect centre store looks, the service is brilliant. the staff bent over backwards to find me exactly what i was looking for and i’m very grateful. i really wanted an engagement ring that was not in stock in my size but they procured it from another store and was ready to collect within 3 days from order. they kept me informed of their progress and the entire service was brilliant. their products are very well priced too, i only wish the head office would grace the staff with a shiny new store fit out as it looks very rough around the edges and the technology the staff have to use looks like something from the ice age! would definitely recommend based purely on the brilliant team and great choice of rings.

The lady couldn't have been more helpful in , helping me with choosing a watch & earrings. it's the best customer service i have ever received.

Very helpful staff with lots of patience. shop floor nice and wide and clean. alteration of my ring quicker than advised which was a nice surprise.
