Wanted one of rignall's products so they came out to fit it. on inspecting the property, they pointed out i was adequately covered and did not need this particular product. great to deal with such a professional, honest and decent firm who also saved me some money.
Needed new door lock. nice friendly guy, attended pretty quickly. job done quickly and efficiently. would highly recommend.

Absolute lifesaver. locked ourselves out at 8:30pm with a 9 month old baby. thankfully rignall answered and they got to us in about half a hour. so happy we found jamie just by chance on google. excellent , professional service.
Came over quickly, and gave me a quote before arrival. did an excellent job fitting a new lock as an emergency, and also went above and beyond to investigate and fix a joinery issue with the door too. really friendly, professional and reasonably priced. would recommend! sarah, hull
