what an excellent service we had... Emma ( hull branch )was brilliant. We didnt know what we were looking for but Emma had product knowledge and listened to what we needed. Showed us a full range of products, we came out of the shop with not only a new matteress but new pillows and a new duvet. Thankyou Emma.

We came for a bed/mattress today and got help from David. He was so good, not pushy which was amazing! He asked if we wanted a drink, made us feel comfortable and asked if we wanted to test pillows etc… he made our shopping experience so easy and got us a really good deal inc free disposal / free pillows etc… which was a huge bonus! Excellent service. Emma in Hull (St Andrews) branch was brilliant. Today I was only browsing when Emma approached me and offered help. She clearly had an in-depth product knowledge and used effectively the promotions on offer which resulted in a sale . I bought a mattress, two memory foam pillows and a mattress protector at a very attractive price. I left the shop HAPPY 😃
