What we thought would be a easier transfer wasn’t. Came in store to upgrade early and they was very helpful but they Gave advice to ring customer services to transfer number said it would be a quick easy call turned out to been a nightmare. Really unhappy with the way they have treated and how unhelpful they are now I’m having to pay two phones because they are messing me around really unhappy with the telephone team
