Best Deals ever, been to this shop many times, Alex(CA) is an oustanding guy, he deserves a big christmas bonus. Has patience to every costumer that comes in and never say it is not possible, he tries to do the best deals for costumers no matter of the nationallity or colour. From normal costumer, i have changed to a bussiness costumer. Lovely shop!!!

Have been with 3 for many years and I always use this store when I have an issue. The whole team are so friendly and helpful and today, Iain, Alex & Lewis got my phone up and running after an issue with connecting to wifi. Excellent service as always lads.

Called into store yesterday after visiting several other phone shops where the staff were either unavailable for the next 5 hours or they were rude and unhelpful. We were assisted by Alex who was superb from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient as I am a technophobe! Can't rate the service more highly!

This review is not for three but for this store and it's workers. With everything trying to go online these days, it is so hard to sort a problem without being in a queue for 30+ minutes just to be spoken to by an automated voice and not have your problem solved. Today we were served by Lynn and I can honestly say she was incredible. They were not particularly busy but she did not have to go out of her way for us like she did, she made us feel like we were truly valued customers and gives me faith that if we ever have a problem again the team at this store will be there to fix it. Please keep in-person stores, they are so important for customer satisfaction.

I have to give it to this store. I absolutely love their service and empathy. I had a very terrible experience with a mobile contract with 3. And I went into the shop to get some help and they were so helpful. They kept on following up with me to see if my issue has been resolved and they showed a great deal of concern and Empathy. Special mention (LUCAS). He is absolutely fantastic. I truly appreciate the team and would totally recommend visiting this shop or giving them a call
