Hands down the best experience I've had with a business in as long as I can remember. Jack Gillingwater has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Polite, professional, responsive, proactive, we couldn't have asked for better. We went from thinking we're trying our luck to get a mortgage and being confused about the process to having everything explained and Jack finding us the deals that suit us. There was no pressure, no patronising, no needing to chase, just friendly help from someone who I could tell genuinely cared about his work and customer satisfaction.
