Hands down the best experience i've had with a business in as long as i can remember. jack gillingwater has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. polite, professional, responsive, proactive, we couldn't have asked for better. we went from thinking we're trying our luck to get a mortgage and being confused about the process to having everything explained and jack finding us the deals that suit us. there was no pressure, no patronising, no needing to chase, just friendly help from someone who i could tell genuinely cared about his work and customer satisfaction.

The people at mortgage advice bureau were always super friendly and helpful. we dealt with kerry who was an absolute star! she looked after us from start to finish, advised us in all areas and was on hand to assist whenever we needed it! as first time buyers, we couldn't have done it without her! thank you all so much!

The mab, and in particular levi duke, were extremely helpful in getting my mortgage sorted and approved in a rapid time manner. levi kept me fully informed throughout and was able to answer all my questions based on his deep knowledge of the market. i am incredibly thankful to levi for helping me secure my mortgage at a great repayment rate. i'll absolutely be recommending levi and mab to anyone else in the future.

The company as a whole were very professional and reliable. me and my partner were so pleased with the whole process and ryan mitchell was brilliant, we have already recommended him to a family member. as first time buyers we were very clueless with everything but ryan helped us understand the whole process and we managed to find our dream home, even when little problems arose within a few minutes he had sorted them. we can’t thank him enough!
