Attentive, thorough and got me in for an eye test for new glasses at short notice after mine were broken.

I found the staff at Vison Express to be expert, professional, taking an interest in each customer. ( I had an appointment for an assessment for compatability for contact lens wear) Thomas, who deals with contacr lens wear was exceptionally helpful. It is apparent that he takes pride in his work and was able to share his expertise and passion. This was also the case with the woman (sorry to forget name) who took me through insertion and removal of the lenses ( she had great patience with me)😄 I left the store wearing my new lenses feeling confident with the expert advise and brilliant customer service I received.😻😻

Came in with my Nan today, the service was exceptional, served by Nicola, Emma and Gabby, honestly amazing, the girls in there are all super professional and personable, couldn’t of asked for better service. Highly recommend.

Visited two weeks ago for an eye test but complained about the poor service. A lovely lady called Emily rang me and offered me another eye test and a refund. In the meantime I had ordered some prescription glasses online using the prescription that vision express had given me. Went back today for my eye test and the prescription given this time was different. I explained that I had ordered some prescription glasses using the prescription that they had given me two weeks ago which was now different but they were interested and unwilling to do anything about it. I complained to the manager who was on. This wasn't Emily but I didn't catch the manager's name as I was too wound up. Basically the manager was rude and wouldn't listen to my concern that I had paid for prescription glasses that now were no good because they had changed the prescription. I will never use vision express ever again.

Nicola was absolutely amazing. It was my first time trying on and buying glasses and I couldn’t the anymore pleased with the outcome. The whole staff in there are lovely, friendly and make you feel so welcoming. Feels like one big family. Thank you for a great experience x
