We have used ACS ltd pest control twice now and referred on to family. On the most recent occasion ACS LTD came within the same day of me initially contacting regarding mice, inspected the house, giving advice and doing what was needed. Regularly messaged to check how things were going before visiting again to ensure problem was sorted. Communication was excellent. Could not recommend enough. Will certainly use again if ever needed.

Spoke with Kevin as thought my parents had a wasp nest, after chatting assured me it was bees and offered some really helpful free advice, was very patient and helpful, said I could call or text anytime for advice. even kept in touch with me a few days after to check see if the bees had gone. Very friendly nice guy, very greatful for the help and advice given.

Kevin turned up promptly and dealt with our rat problem very efficiently. As well as providing an immediate course of action he offered advice regarding additional measures which we could take. The rats were successfully eradicated pretty quickly, Kevin returning after several days to monitor the situation. He was very straightforward and provided us with a lot of relevant background information. We would not hesitate in contacting him again should the need arise.
