Had to tackle a large completely inaccessible wasp nest in loft. Visited promptly on a Saturday. Reduced the problem to just a few survivors. Advised me that another visit would probably be necessary a week later. Came readily and resprayed and promised to revisit until all the wasps are gone. Excellent service.

We had a problem with rats in the house, they came out within 3 hours and have been amazing! They have been professional, caring, polite and have come out numerous times to ensure the problem has been sorted.
