Flex Health

I can highly recommend flex health, they diagnosed a couple of issues with my knee and as a result, i’m currently working on strengthening my knee with sam, who has been fantastic. she’s super friendly and very knowledgeable. she’s also had two students with her on my last few visits who i can see are learning a lot from her.

Just wanted to give a big thank you to lucy, kallum and flex health. over the last 3 months they have worked tirelessly on the ligament injury in my ankle, designing a unique and highly effective program to get me back to full health. kallum & lucy provided a friendly yet professional environment to train in, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the process. flex health has a well equipped gym and very kind and caring staff. highly recommend.

We turned to flex after our 2 year old daughter suffered a fractured femur and needed to learn to use her leg again after coming out of a spica cast - it honestly the best decision we ever made! the welcome you are greeted with at the reception desk is always welcoming and brilliant from all the staff. all areas and facilities are always clean, well presented and maintained no matter if you’re the first or last client of the day. our flex hero has been lisa. lisa’s knowledge, approach and professionalism has been incredible throughout. she has been dedicated and worked to developed our daughter from only being able to limp on her leg to now being able to jump, run and hop again. any question, queries or worries we have had we have turned to flex for support and always been helped impeccably. the children’s physio room at flex is an absolutely amazing space and made session so enjoyable that our daughter asks to go! every single session we have seen an improvement in our daughters ability, as well as giving us confidence and understanding how we can aid between sessions. in addition to lisa we have regularly had a student in on the sessions - again they have all been passionate, kind and helpful. absolutely amazing people doing amazing things ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Huge thanks to sam for being so fantastic and within three weeks of me attending had sorted out the soft tissue damage on my knee. i can’t thank him and flex health hull enough for the thorough, forensic check, my exercises and explaining what had happened and how the knee works! (of course you have to do the exercises regularly), but it’s amazing the difference they make so quickly relieving excruciating pain and making you feel more supple. can now walk again up and downstairs, lead my tour groups and hope to get back to running soon. these guys are the best and sam is first class. totally worth the money and i’d thoroughly recommend.

Flex health have been absolutely fantastic from the very start dealing with my achilles rupture. from initial consultation they new i potentially needed surgery (due to complications) and put me in the right direction of a private surgeon in leeds. this was dealt with quickly and effectively and upon consultation with the private surgeon, surgery was my best option in getting back to my job. as a result, i had surgery 2 weeks later. without the knowledge, expertise and efficiency of alex & matt i don’t know where i’d currently be. their level of knowledge and ability to diagnose and deal with any injury is worth every penny in terms of getting the correct treatment and to also manage the injury using the correct treatment. once i recovered from surgery i started physio again in september 2022 and every session has been amazing in terms of exercises used to build up the tendon into loading the tendon and building back up strength. these guys and everyone who works at flex health are the real deal and i wouldn’t go anywhere else or trust anyone else if i needed further treatment in the future. they are in my eyes the best physio practitioners out there and i will always promote their business to anyone because i know they will go in needing treatment but will come out physically better. i can’t thank my physio alex enough for all he has done so far! if you need advice or support in dealing with an injury whether it is a minor or a major injury, get to flex health!!!
