Restore Surgery

My wife had abdominoplasty with Mr. Akali. From the very beginning, the care and support received have been superb. He is a very approachable, nice and knowledgeable person and nothing has been too much trouble. From the initial consultation to the day of the operation, she was looked after very well. The procedure was very well organised and she was kept fully informed the entire time. The results have been outstanding, the scar is very thin and neat and all follow up appointments have been very thorough. The end result is fantastic and she is over the moon with it.

I suffered a horribly botched operation in 2019. When I first met Dr Akali, I was looking for a surgeon who would be able to make me look 'normal' again. I dance seriously and had been teaching and performing regularly, all of which had stopped after my botched op. I had also stopped dating as I looked so horrific. I was really hoping that someone could help me to get my life back. I had spoken to several surgeons - some had said that it would be impossible to fix me, and others did not make me feel confident that I would get the outcome I needed. As you can imagine, I was very worried about suffering further problems. Dr Akali was so kind and gentle when I met him. Out of all the surgeons I spoke to, he was the one that listened to me and really explained how he could help me. He also gave me realistic expectations about the outcome. I have undergone three surgeries with Dr Akali - he has operated on my abdomen twice, on my breasts twice and on my legs twice. Every surgery has had an outcome that has far exceeded what I had dared to hope for. I look normal again and have been able to go back to the life I had before the botched op. I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr Akali. He is professional, compassionate and just a wonderful person as well as a very skilled surgeon. I am now involved in a court case for my original botched op, and my Expert Witness is a surgeon that turned out to have been trained by Dr Akali, which just confirmed to me his high level of expertise. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Dr Akali was fantastic from start to finish! I went to him at 22 years old to get breast reduction surgery. I was really nervous being so young and did not want to get anything wrong, however from my first consultation with Dr Akali I knew I was in safe hands. He listened to exactly what I wanted and was very thorough in understanding why I wanted the surgery. He made sure I fully understood all that was involved and any after care that would be needed. My scarring was minimal and he managed my expectations perfectly. Even the after care was second to none, with the follow up checks with Dr Akali whenever I felt I needed. Nothing was a silly question or too much of an ask. Big shout out to his practice manager Lucille for keeping me updated every step of the way leading up to and post surgery, and answering every little question I had! I cannot recommend them enough and have actually had 3 people go to him from my recommendation who all have shared the same pleasant experience.

I visited Mr Akali for a second time for removal of upper and lower eye bags. As was the same previously the care and treatment was outstanding. From Mr Akali and everyone I came into contact with my care could not have been any better. Mr Akalis secretary kept in touch throughout to check on my progress and everything in Spire hospital in Hull was exceptionally. Cannot recommend enough. My care was amazing. Thankyou to everyone ❤️

I can't recommend Mr Akali enough! He had been recommended to me by 2 of his previous clients who had both had a bilateral breast reduction and I am so happy to have followed their advice. The whole process was professional from start to finish, and the result just 7 weeks later is fantastic! 5 cups down (!) is no mean feat, but my scars have almost disappeared already and I have been able to resume all my activities including physical endurance training. If Mr Akali can achieve such results for a woman in her late sixties, he can for anyone! I would encourage anybody to take that heavy weight off their shoulders sooner than later! maybe it was just thanks to his expertise, but frankly I hardly had any post op pains at all!
