Since taking the triple care cover with MCS, the service has been brilliant ! There was a problem with the central heating this morning, and after the initial phone call with Tina, Rob came out and quickly fixed the problem within the hour. I can’t recommend highly enough!! Thank you MCS and particularly Tina & Rob for the amazing service.

Just had Rob from MCS Heating and Plumbing to sort out central heating problem. He was thorough, professional and went the extra to ensure the issue was sorted. Cannot praise highly enough. Wish all tradesmen had his ethics. Highly recommend the company.

Although it couldn't have come at a worse time of the year (mid winter), it was a job which we were planning to have done in the near future. After having had Smart meters installed, it became apparent that we had a gas leak somewhere in the system. Rich came down within an hour of calling MCS to confirm that there was indeed a gas leak. The first downside to this was that all the underfloor pipework was condemned, and at this point we decided to have the whole of the gas pipework(s) and a new boiler installed. We specifically asked for Rich to do the installation as he had previously done boiler services and other small heating jobs for us, and we know he is absolutely belt and braces when it comes to his trade. Although we had to wait quite a while for the boiler and associated parts to come into stock, when the job actually started Rich did a fantastic job and had the boiler up and running within a few days. He talked us through how to make best use of the Google Nest controller and assured us of its 'learning' abilities. Overall, an excellent installation which will hopefully serve us well for many years.

We've just had a new boiler fitted and our system has been updated. Tim, our engineer, was excellent. He was very thorough and really easy to deal with. The work was finished to a high standard and we would definitely recommend MCS.

Used MCS today (on a friend's recommendation) for an emergency boiler call out. The customer service was great during the initial phone call. Nathan the engineer came out at 9pm, quickly identified and rectified the fault and we now have a leak free boiler with heating and hot water and no nasty extra charges for expensive parts. Cannot recommend highly enough!! Thank you MCS and particularly Nathan for a job well done!!
