JA Maths Tutoring - Hull

Jake has been helping my Son with private tuition and it has helped him enormously. Not only has he helped him with his math but his self confidence has increased too. I would recommend Jake to anyone who is thinking of having private tuition.

The Tutor has patience and understanding, importantly a good balance between friendliness and let’s get things done but doesn’t rush and makes sure the point is properly understood before moving on to the next one. Certainly recommend him.

We used Rowan for my son to aid him with his GCSE’s. Rowan was professional, patient and organised. He kept us up to speed with my sons progress regularly. Nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate in recommending Rowan for maths tuition, our only regret is we didn’t find him sooner 😃

Rowan is an excellent tutor. Explains Maths in an easy, straightforward way to understand and is patient and understanding of my child's needs and learning style. My child is relaxed in the sessions and they have a good rapport. Always surprised at the amount and difficulty of Maths that is done in sessions. My child is understanding and completing, independently, Maths GCSE questions at a higher level than their predicted school grade. Their confidence in Maths is also growing.
