Abbotrack Security Solutions - Hull

Well, what a fantastic experience that was! we asked scott to give us a quote several months ago and he helped us with various options and issues we had with our brand new house. we've just moved in and scott came to do an on site survey, managed to lower the cost by taking advantage of a few options we had asked the builder to incorporate, and agreed an installation date a couple of days ago. scott came bang on time, was ultra professional throughout and spent the whole day with us installing, testing and then explaining how to use the system, including the app. absolutely brilliant!! we cannot recommend scott and abbotrack highly enough. we have opted for the 3 year maintenance agreement as well. thanks scott...and yes, we are using both the panel and the app just as you advised!!

After searching online for a local, reputable and professional company who installs burglar alarms, it was overwhelmingly clear that abbotrack was the clear favourite. i contacted scott via email, who replied quickly and efficiently, answering any questions that i had. today scott installed a fantastic security system in my new home. he maintained a professional working standard whilst taking the time to really get to know my needs and expectations. therefore, i felt highly confident and thoroughly impressed from start to finish with the service and product that abbotrack offer and will be recommending scott to everyone i know.

Scott recently helped with correcting a dvr installation undertaken by a different local installer (roadcamera uk)- and was extremely helpful in setting up the dvr so that it could be used for exporting videos. will be using his company to upgrade the low quality dvr supplied by the other installer. wish i'd chosen his company first - would have saved me hundreds of £. very reliable and competend service.
