Excellent, very friendly staff who excelled in terms of customer experience. i went in for some emergency pumps to replace the heels i had on which were blistering my feet. didn’t have the size i needed in the style i wanted but they found me an alternative. they even let me leave my heels safely in the shop for a pick up a week later. customer service at its best

Helpful staff. reminded me i can order online and have shoes delivered there for free collection. useful for their online sales/clearance. you take shoes home to try out for a few days in the house and take the back fo a refund if you have awkward feet like my mine.
