Great service, bit slow checking in but bearing in mind we had not confirmed our box/quote or filled in the pre arrival forms, was not bad. Lady very helpful. Plenty trolleys to transport goods to second floor (lift available) and good off road parking to off-load bags. Used this place before and would certainly continue using. City centre based.

It was great! Such a friendly and helpful reception and the whole place is clean, tidy and well managed. The trollies are great to move everything and the lift to the 1st floor was perfect for me to use.

I met with John and he explained everything and the entire process was painless. I left with a good feeling that my possessions are in good hands.

John at the Hull branch has been great, meeting our storage needs. Where we’ve needed to make changes, he has been helpful in making sure we have what we need. Thanks to all at Armadillo

I love the way that the facility is laid out. Friendly staff are welcoming and you just know what to do because you are talked through it in detail. If there is anything you are unsure of then a friendly staff member is happy to help in any way. I would recommend this company.
