Andrew earle arranged our holiday in new zealand earlier this year which resulted in us being in lockdown in christchurch. andrew was beyond brilliant. he rang us daily, provided us with up to date information and kept us absolutely on the ball. we were quite happy to have remained, however he advised us to take a repatriation flight as we could have been there for months. we took his advice. if we hadn’t we would have still been there. we landed at heathrow with a couple we had met, unknown to andrew, he had booked their flights. we were met by andrew at heathrow, he drove us all back to manchester where he had arranged for us to pick up our car from the marriott hotel which was by then closed. he had also sorted out our dog in kennels. derek will be eternally grateful. andrew went that extra mile and beyond. if you want to book your holidays with a company that cares about the service they provide book with andrew. gillian and i cannot recommend andrew earle highly enough. hope everything goes well for your business in the future you deserve great success. warm regards gillian and peter lacey 😊👌😊👌
Very helpful staff, didn't book with then on this occasion
Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. great to know they are there if anything goes wrong.
Just booked a cruise from here, andrew and the team looked after us quality of service outstanding would highly recommend.
We recently booked quite a challenging long haul group snowboarding trip to asahikawa in japan through alistair@andrew earle. his knowledge and expertise proved invaluable. without him we would have really struggled to sort out all the flight logistics of the trip and when one of our flights was delayed he was on hand to support. i was delighted we chose andrew earle's and felt confident in the fact we had the backing of a expert travel agent. thanks again alistair for all your help - next time we go business class ;)
