TUI Holiday Store

Booked my Disney World holiday with Vicky in store who is the Disney expert for the store. Who went through all we needed to know about best tickets to book, all about the park hopping options and booking park days. Also the benefits of staying in a Disney hotel with great recommendations using own photos to bring the holiday to life and knew this was right for us! All with help using the Disney app thank you so much for all your help

EMILY R (#2).... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED We visited the King Edward street branch (Hull) yesterday. We had a 15 minute wait to see an advisor, given that it was a Saturday and we hadn't made an appointment, I thought that was pretty good. We were called forward by our travel advisor: Emily R (Emily #2). She was keen to listen to what we wanted from our holiday. We were quite specific in what we wanted, although she threw in some excellent suggestions/alternatives (that we hadn't considered) in order to fulfill our requirements. Emily was helpful, patient and committed to ensure all the hard work and hassle was taken ' out of our hands'. After we had booked, we learnt that it was her first day on the job and we were her first customer! We would never have known, we couldn't fault her passion and professionalism throughout. She was very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. She was ably assisted by colleagues and Manager:Tommy. They were all keen to help whenever called upon. Thinking about booking a holiday? Get yourself booked in with Emily R (#2) at the Hull branch, she'll ensure you're fully loaded with information in order for you to make an informed decision for you to book your holiday. Visited this TUI store today to look at possibly booking a holiday. We was greeted by the welcoming staff on reception and was allocated a lady called Holly to help with our queries. Holly was extremely friendly and helpful with our holiday, whilst giving honest advice and good suggestions on places to go and activities we can do around the area. We booked our first holiday as a couple today and was really pleased with the service received. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a holiday and a welcoming friendly service.

very helpful staff. had communication with many there. when my holiday to NYC was cancelled due to covid three times Tommy was very good at chasing things up and communication. recently booked a new holiday to Mexico and Carolina was brilliant sorting a good deal. whenever I've popped in staff have always been very nice friendly and approachable. Georgina was helpful when I booked my holiday to Kos and again today with my new booking. had a good laugh booking both holidays with her. She's fab. Great team at TUI hull.

Absolutely amazing service in this store last week. We were welcomed with a smile at the door by the lovely Laura and then offered a drink for while we looked at holidays with James who was amazing, so very knowledgeable. He listened to what we like to do and what we have done before and found our dream holiday with everything we needed, he then took us over to the bureau where we met the lovely Diane who gave us a fab euro rate. My experience in this store was so nice - everyone was so friendly and made our holiday booking a pleasure.
