Excellent service, the vet listens to you. Not pushing to sell things to bump up the price.

I have only used this veterinary twice but each time I was greeted politely and my cat was seen quickly, the last time he was treated very well and also bathed and dried before I collected him. I have booked an appointment for him to be vaccinated and I will do the same for my other cat. Iwould recommend this vets to anyone who wants a very professional and friendly service.

Receptionists were lovely both over the phone and face to face. Arrived quite early for our first appointment and was told they were running behind but we were still seen earlier than scheduled. Liz, the vet we saw, was very patient and gentle with my old cat whilst checking her over and taking blood samples and even managed to trim her nails.

I moved from another vets as I was unhappy thought staff were rude and could never get an appointment. Haven is close to where I live and cannot believe I didn't go there from the off. They are lovely and friendly staff, always happy to help. Can get an appointment quickly. The vets talk to you and make sure you understand what is going on. On the whole very good vets 100% recommend.

Appointments are readily available. The reception staff are engaging and always really helpful. Waiting times are good and the reception area set out to allow space. The vets are fully engaging and sympathetic to the animals. Diagnosis is quick and medication is normally in stock. Costs are excellent in comparison to other practices. The team were particularly helpful in recently providing a "fit to work" certification for our detection dogs. 10/10 guys!
