As a service efficient and good, they have done everything they can for my dog. with great treatment. Quick appointment times too. however to be sat in the waiting area listening to the receptionists read out emails aloud and slag off and make jokes to each other about the people is not good at all. Me and my partner where sat in disbelief at what we where listening too. I also experienced the same when waiting in the treatment room for my dog hearing the vets doing the same in the back room while treating the animals. Very very poor.

They were brilliant I took my dog in with a breathing problem and a bad leg and they were fantastic,friendly and supportive and understanding.

The staff were amazing! My cat was really anxious and they had lots of advice on what to do next time to help her stay more calm. I thought my cat was going to need to be put to sleep for a full dental cleaning but the vet gave really helpful advice and we came up with a plan on how to avoid having to do the cleaning as it would be a lot of stress on my cat. Really happy!

Unfortunately I had to have my dog put to sleep on march 1st and the staff were absolutely fantastic. They let me stay with her afterwards and made the whole process bearable. I am beyond heartbroken but I thank the girls who were with us
