We were given a voucher for a chauffeured journey with lusso for my birthday, and our experience was fantastic. our driver, james, was friendly and professional, and talked us through all the features in the car. we particularly enjoyed the massage feature in the chairs! it really made our day a lot nicer being transported in luxury!

Lusso executive chauffeur travel picked me up for an early flight. he was on time as arranged, extremely courteous and professional. his car was immaculate. communication was excellent and he reassured me roads were clear for our journey. on our return journey his message was the first i received when turning my phone back on explaining he knew our flight had landed and i just had to text as soon as our bags arrived. by the time we walked out of the airport, the car pulled up. i cannot fault any aspect of the service and will definitely be using him again. i cannot recommend him highly enough.
