Lesley's expertise means every treatment is tailored to suit your needs. The gong baths are an amazing and immersive experience (no actual baths are needed, it's all about the vibrations). All you need are comfy, warm clothes and the gong does the work.

My Yoga Journey Just over two years ago now I saw some signage promoting Health in Harmony offering Yoga, Reiki, Thai Massage. Being a relative new comer to the area I was a little reticent about meeting new people and trying something new. Here we are in 2021 and I can honestly say making contact with Lesley via a text message and joining what was then a Wednesday evening yoga class in Withernsea has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Lesley’s knowledge, guidance, insight in delivering her classes is outstanding. She always has her clients at the forefront and tailors her classes to ensure her clients needs are met. Be it chair yoga, yoga for fitness, Hatha wind down evening sessions there is something for everyone. Added to this she is a qualified aromatherapist and Reiki teacher. As an individual having struggled at times with my mental health the holistic approach that Lesley employs has helped me to manage my mental well-being and my physical well being. Yoga and Reiki are now part of my daily routine, for me my journey is still evolving but something that I will never live without. What an amazing two and a half hour yoga and meditation class at Health & Harmony yesterday! Lesley is such a wonderful teacher and I very quickly dropped into the flow. She has created a wonderful hub of peace, care and relaxation right in the centre of East Hull. A gentle yoga session followed by a beautiful meditation and rounded off by Lesley's expert use of crystal bowls. Highly recommended and extremely good value. Free parking too at the centre

I have been attending Lesley's yoga classes for a number of years. Throughout lockdown Lesley has provided so much on line. Yoga courses and live classes via Teams. This has been a great help, Lesley has also been available to all her students via e mail and on the telephone. I can't wait to get back to real, as oppossed to virtual classes and to meet up with fellow students. Anyone who has never done Yoga before or who has not practised for a long time, I cannot recommend Lesley and Health in Harmony enough. At live classes everyone is friendly and you will be warmly welcomed. Lesley teaches to all levels and will always adapt a posture to a students needs.
