Fab staff, great to show what hols available and give reviews if they have been to the resort. They even know and speak to you by name. Have booked for another holiday next year.

I have booked three breaks with Hays travel, old swan. Heather got us a great deal on holiday to Florida, was very kind and printed park passes, talked us through their pre payment Mastercard ( which was accepted everywhere and easy to top up). The staff are nice to talk to and I will return again.
