The Edge Cycleworks

After an approximately 12 year period since i owned a mountain bike, i started to get an itch that needed to be scratched. i started to do my research mainly on line particularly youtube video reviews. i made a spontaneous decision to pop into the edge cycle works i was welcomed by simon the owner. he patiently answered my questions. the bikes have certainly evolved over the last 12 years! this trek specialist has a great selection of bikes and accessories. i left much better informed and even more enthusiastic. after another week of research i found my dream machine trek pro caliber 6. serious mountain bikers of many years experience where really singing there praises of this stunning looking model in red and black, a real beauty with quality spec ordinarily found and much more expensive bikes. fingers crossed i went back to the edge full of hope that they could get me this exact model. they had one left in black and red and as good fortune had it in the perfect size for me buzzing! and took it for a little test ride even tho i knew i would be having it anyway . i've had it for almost 2 weeks now and been out on it plenty already. i absolutely love it it's a great ride and oozes quality. it's great fun and is enriching my life. simon has a great team with jamie and mark, they've worked together for years and run a smooth well oiled service of high integrity and customer care. they have been brilliant with me knowledgeable patient polite helpful and engaging,all nice guys that have a love and passion for what they do. i believe this is the best cycle shop in the region so if your looking for a new bike a repair or advice this is the place to shop. highly recommended. paul f. lancaster
