I went to qcd regarding an issue with my laptop that the manufacturers online support couldn't resolve they even advised me that i would need to reinstall windows and lose all my data. joe took a look at the issue and resolved it in super quick time, which didn't involve a reinstall, or loss of data. thanks joe great job, i would highly recommend.
