I only joined recently but i really enjoy training at this centre. the gym facilities are adequate if a bit careworn. location and access are good, but the staff are what really make this gym a great place to visit. all the staff i've met have been very welcoming, efficient and helpful.well done guys.
Great sports complex. plenty of activities and summer programmes. good gym. swimming pool. steam and sauna facilities message large sports hall. the poor thing is that you have to pay for parking so limited but can park elsewhere for the day for three pounds which is a short walk.
