Cannot say enough good things about this branch, we don't live in the uk and came back for a visit. i had messed my glasses up and a staff member called adam was able to fix them for me for no charge. it really helped us out over christmas great customer service :)
Very helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met during my visit. staff didnt rush me into making a decision and fully explained all options available to me and costs prior to me deciding. brilliant service and really good value
