I've been going to welbourne for as long as i've lived in lancaster - 20 +years. i love their care in the eye test, always prepared to answer my numerous questions, their attention to detail during that v tricky point of choosing new glasses and excellent aftersales service.
Zuber was very informative and made the overall experience pleasant and enjoyable. great staff, very accomodating.
