Lancaster Maritime Museum

Great little place to learn more about the local history that I didn't know about. Wonderfully nostalgic, especially Rosie & Jim!

Brilliant well kept Museum with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff packed full of Lancaster's beginnings and its connection with slavery etcetera. . Well worth a visit for 3 quid! ! . With good parking behind museum and a lift . .

Excellent museum, really interesting displays, fun hands-on activities and very friendly staff. You can learn a lot in a short visit. Well explained exhibit on Lancaster's links to slavery. Be sure to explore all of the rooms and spend some time with Rosie and Jim :)
