Stuart runs a fantastic business. I needed my aircon fixing on my golf. Stuart found time to pop over and diagnose the issue within a couple of days. Once we knew what the issue was Stuart gave me a price that was by comparison exceptionally cheap for the same part and service vs both a specialist and a dealership. It just goes to show how much things actually cost. Stuart came out as planned, fitted the part within an hour and a half and I'm back up and running without fault. Really knowledgeable and down to earth guy who I will be sharing his details with everyone.

I read the review on google about Cool Drive - So, I decided to give it a try. Stuart came and diagnosed the fault really quickly and found out my condenser was leaking. He was able to get a replacement condenser at a very reasonable price and installed it. Stuart professionalism was great throughout, very friendly and he added to my knowledge by explaining everything to me fully at each stage. Had an issue with my AC for my BMW e60, got it re-gassed at one of these garages that advertise the service on their billboard. They said they tested and should be fine. Few days later A/C had stopped working. So after a long while I thought I’d get round to it, my normal mechanic said best to find someone who specialises in AC… Sometimes to isolate an issue it can take time with the process of elimination and get costly and this is where it pays to find a specialist! So I paid for a call out (which was very reasonably priced) Stuart was quite quick and accurate with his diagnosis, explained the issues and the solution. Stuart was very processional, and I also noticed how tidy his van was which reenforces a good work ethic! I got some options for parts and labour (I did my own research on line for parts, had a look at a few suppliers like Autodoc etc) The labour and parts was fairly priced so went a head, Stuart came out, sorted everything out while I was working from home and it’s almost been a month and I've been hammering my AC and it's been fine. Have used Stuart for a few years now. Always professional and on time. Caters to when and where works for both parties. Super knowledgable about all things AC. Had a repetitive issue with my Audi A6. Never tutted or moaned. Always sorted out an explanation of works completed and replaced parts where needed. Use for all of our cars. Highly recommended

Stuart gave me a heads up on the phone as to the likely cause of my air con not working. He was spot on. I duly replaced the condenser then rang him for an appointment to check and hopefully re-gas the system. Good tradesmen are always busy so I wasn't surprised but quite prepared for the 4 to 5 week wait he forecast. Coincidentally however he had several visits booked today around the area where I live and called in-between customers to make a quick assessment for further work I may require. Satisfied with my air con systems integrity, unexpectedly he then continued to fully test, replenish oil and regas my system right there! Brilliant service from a professional. Thank you. As an aside, to have this skilled, experienced professional with all his knowledge and equipment come to my house was cheaper than me taking the car to A N Other car repair facility who are not specialists but simply offer air con as something else they do.
