I recently bought a Whyte Wessex One from here. According to the sizing guide the only stock left would be too big. I tried a couple of Giant bikes and it turned out I actually fit a size bigger than the guide suggests. The sales guy then spent a while comparing g the Whyte and the larger giant geometry. Turns out the Whyte would be a good fit. I had nothing but positive experience from talking to the various sales people here. I would highly recommend and will continue to use them.

A great place for a proper bicycle repairs and servicing. They will try to fix issues by replacing cheaper parts first, unlike another local shop in Headingley. I had issues after my tricky gearing was repaired, but was clearly told that repairs were guaranteed for several months, so follow-up service was free of charge. The mechanics are experienced and took time to discuss my bike's issues / repair options with me over the phone.
