Fix Auto Leeds North

Following an accident, my vehicle was repaired by TF Smith's (Leeds), the damage was mainly superficial however, my vehicle is painted in a complex light metallic colour and repainting this colour is so easy to get wrong. A poor repair creates 'shadows' and makes the vehicle look worse to the point where you'd rather have the damage. The work that TF Smith's Leeds performed was perfect and I do mean perfect! The staff were friendly and understanding of my desire to have a high quality repair, turnaround was excellent, car was washed / cleaned inside and out. I think they polished the entire car! I'll be taking my second car to TF Smith's Leeds in the near future for some needed paintwork. This review is my way of saying 'thankyou' to the team at TF Smith's Leeds.

The centre had repaired my vehicle to high standard previously. I had cause to contact them as it’d developed an issue some several months after repair. They were very obliging without question in rectifying concern . Well done to Jesse and her team and great customer support .

Fixauto were so helpful. I got into an accident early January and my insurance company weren’t willing to pay to have my very old but very loved car fixed. They recommended fixauto to us to have her fixed privately. As luck would have it, someone from fixauto was picking up a car on our street a few days later, so my dad spoke to them and they said they’d see what they could do. When they rang us back they told us that they usually only do insurance work but that the manager (Jess) was interested in helping us. Max was amazing! He cut the price right down for us, searched high and low for parts, really went the full 9 yards. They even dropped her off at a garage to be MOT’d before she was back on the road! My car looks amazing too, just like new! I really appreciate all they did for me, and would recommend them to anyone! The staff are so friendly, and clearly willing to do a lot for their customers.
