Wonderful service from start to finish from the lovely Scott, i have to say that my sofa and sitting room carpet are pretty much as new now and at a great price too , very professional from start to finish.

Scott was amazing. From the first call his experience and knowledge shone through. On the day he arrived early and provided a clear explanation of his services, an assessment of each carpet and what to expect. He carefully balanced the risk of each carpet based on its material, age and stains. He meticulously worked on each carpet and provided room by room feedback on how things were progressing. His expert experience allowed him to tackle each of the stains and his determination to attain the highest quality result was really apparent. The end result was phenomenal and his overall end to end service is excellent value for money. I can’t recommend him enough!
