Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. i'd spilt a full cup of coffee on my light grey carpet which i'd tried to remove myself with no success. picked this company as they had great reviews. tom asked me to send a photo yesterday then got back to me quickly and said he would send someone today (sunday!) damien (toms brother) arrived early messaging first to see if that was ok. he quickly sorted out the stains and the high usage areas. very professional, kind, helpful and very reasonably priced. would without a doubt recommend and will use again when needed.

The crew did a great job and personally i would say it's above par as i inspected aftermath if there's any cat's fur or dirts stuck in my carpet - and it was close to none! additionally, the recommendations given by tom during the cleaning on how to maintain the carpets was easy to digest and very sensible. definitely, this cleaning service is value for money if i compare it to other services which i read via forums (etc) and worth giving it a try! thanks

Father & son team extremely professional and courteous. responded well to my initial email enquiries, phoned on the day to say they could come earlier if necessary which suited me. arrived with all equipment; straight to work cleaning carpets they were very professional and did not make any mess in the house i can highly recommend them as their prices were very reasonable too compared to other quotes i obtained. i would not hesitate to use them again in the future. my carpet looked lovely and smelt fresh and clean too.

Job well done! very friendly and professional guys. used their services twice now and i’m always very pleased. great communication, fantastic results and amazing experience. my sofa and rug looks brand new again. they have put a lot of effort in, double checked every part and cleaned everything to a very high standard. job was done within an hour. they have also put stain guard for me for free. great value for money !! highly recommended 😁
