Case Clean & Sweep Ltd.

I highly recommend wayne case of case clean and sweep. he recently took out an old boiler in my fireplace and installed a stove. his work was exceptional. i don't normally do these kind of reviews but i just had to write to recommend wayne as he did such a fantastic job. he was extremely prompt to reply to my initial query and came round to do a quote soon after. the quote was competitive even though he used the best specification chimney liner and installed 2019's stove of the year. during the sweep and installation he was punctual and very, very tidy. he was very friendly and helpful when discussing the stove surround design. he is fully qualified with the guild of master sweeps and was able to give me up to date knowledge and advice regarding the safety regulations of my old boiler. i will rely on him to sweep the chimney from now on and friends have already started to book him since seeing the work he did for me.

Just had a lovely job done by case clean &sweep. chimney swept then new liner and wood burning stove. fabulous end result and everything left beautifully clean.

We needed some work doing on a log burner installation to make compliant with current regs. am i glad i found wayne at cc&s. from initial contact communication was first class, always prompt, polite and courteous a survey was carried out and work required agreed. however, wayne spent time checking and researching that we had the best solution. after consideration he proposed a different plan, this was implemented and we are delighted with the result. so rare to find someone who goes above and beyond. will be recommending wayne to all and using for our future requirements. thanks again!

A fantastic install total job less than 1 day old fire and fireplace removed swept chimney new lining new fireplace and stove installed. no mess or rubble left behind and it looks perfect a proper one stop shop supplied fire removed the old one made good the finished job. friendly workmen and skilled craftsmen we just started using it in october and it is better than we could have imagined clean to use and economical with the logs

Mr. w case, is a first rate, skilled operator, honest in assessment, and reliable. i have today had a fire fitted, and flue lined. every aspect of the job was explained, and costed. the final job was an improved one because he wanted the best job for me (his customer). he has given me great satisfaction, with a job well done. this is quality rarely experienced.
