I asked Mary Monson Solicitors for help with a serious false accusation that was being investigated. I received a phone call from Graham Rishton (one of the companies top solicitors) the very next day. The case went on for 2 years and there was never a moment that went by that Graham didn’t act in a professional manner. He was reassuring not only in the manner that he dealt with me personally but in his confidence and obvious experience with dealing with cases. The quote I got was for a 1 year case (because these sort of cases rarely go past that time) the year mark came and went and not once did they ask for more money or review the quote, they understood that it was the investigation that was being delayed and carried on giving a great service. I cannot that Graham and the company as a whole enough helping me through the toughest and most mentally exhausting 2 years of my life. Thanks G

What can I say about Mary Monson solicitors, they helped me with a really complex and high profile case. It was probably one of the most distressing times of my life, I 'shopped' around with many solicitors prepared to pick up the case due to its 'high profile' nature but many seemed to want to do the minimal work, without any regard for my physical and mental health issues. Mary Monson and the team there, especially the solicitor allocated to me, had all the time in the world for me. They were brilliant! Whenever I needed someone they were there, if they weren't available, they'd have my solicitor call me back as soon as possible. While a solicitor isn't there to be a social worker and while they have a very strict job to do, I do feel that they went above and beyond to help me and ensure I was OK. I was kept informed and updated throughout the whole process, they were the only firm that respected I had health issues which meant leaving the house was difficult so did everything to either come to me or get everything that needed to be done digitally. I couldn't recommend them enough, they worked very hard on my case and the outcome was overwhelming, and went above and beyond what I expected from them. Part of me will forever feel in debt to the team and my solicitor there and all of me feels totally grateful and appreciative of the help, support, care, compassion and legal advice I received from them. If you're looking for a firm that will TRULY care about YOU and treat you as an INDIVIDUAL not just another case, number or pay cheque, then look no further. You'll be hard pushed to find a better firm.

If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate situation where you need the services of legal representation, you must speak to this company. My initial call was answered extremely promptly and passed to someone who listened end showed empathy to what was a dreadful situation to be in. He assured me that they would be able to help and that my case would be handled by one of their most experienced lawyers who's field of expertise would ideally match my case. An appointment was then made with Ellie in the centre of Leeds, in the innovation centre, easy to find and free secure parking (which always helps!!) This initial consultation lasted probably over an hour, we discussed the case in great detail and possible outcomes. The costs of the services were also explained fully to me and I left the meeting feeling completely reassured and more at ease with the situation that I was in. To cut a long story short at no point did I feel I was just another "client". Everybody that I've spoken to at Mary Monson used my first name making it a very personable service. I have received email and telephone calls of both Nick and Elli outside of normal working hours, keeping me informed about what was happening. Without going into too much detail The team at MM were able to secure an NFA with the police. Without even asking I have received a generous refund, less costs four their literally priceless services!! As we all know the costs of using solicitors and lawyers can quite easily spiral, one thing is for sure Mary Monson Is not one of the typical run-of-the-mill greedy law firms that pollute the industry.
