Really quick service and gave good advice. our dishwasher needed replacing as it was at the end of its life and they provided a replacement and fitted it really quickly.

Definitely recommend professional firm was quick to book me in to see the problem, took there time to check my faulty fridge even though the fault wasnt showing when they arrived they still waiting for it to show. got the parts the next day and quick to book back in for the repair and installation at a time that suited me. nice friendly staff easy to get along with and repair done in no time.

Paid £35 call out because fridge kept getting warm, engineer gave honest account of what was happening and told us it was a hotpoint fault that made freezer overflow freeze and stop fan working, no pretend we needed parts ect did software check and everything working told us to defrost fridge for week and it will work again. did as he said and the fridge now ice cold as it should be as fan now able to pump cold air around unit,rang on friday and engineer came monday morning. no messing about no lies no pretending parts were needed. spot on analysis worth the call out charge to have everything working again.

If i could give more than 5 stars i would coz these guys deserve it .we called them on saturday and someone came out on the sunday morning to repaired the oven and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. 35 quid call out plus 60 quid to fix the oven bargain!!! very professional and genuine people. definitely calling them again if anything breaks down thank you so much
