Neil was very professional and extremely helpful in repairing the pilot lights and replacing knobs on our Rangemaster cooker. All is now working again perfectly. He communicated brilliantly by email and phone and gave us 25 minutes’ notice of arrival so we were able to be ready for him. Neil also gave us very helpful and accurate advice about our Miele washing machine. We are very happy to have found someone so reliable and professional to have helped us with these repairs. Easy Communication to book a call out, clear pricing too. When Neil the engineer arrived he quickly investigated the problem, found needed to be done & fixed the issue with confidence! We'd previously been told we needed to get a new oven, so him being able to repair it instead was a relief! He went over & above and i would not hesitate to recommend him

We contacted Neil when our Samsung machine broke down, it was unfortunately not repairable but he has advised us well and found us a really good replacement machine which he has fitted, tested, and taken away the old one. Neil was super helpful, very knowledgeable, professional and tidy.
