Wow, what can I say about Floral Expression? I approached Alison and the team about three months before my wedding and they couldn’t have been more wonderful and easy to deal with. Wedding planning is a stressful process, but the team made sure the flowers were a breeze and one less thing to worry about. After a lovely initial chat with Alison, I was reassured she knew exactly what I had in mind and I was blown away with the final results. The team’s beautiful creations – which included a phenomenal flower crown, two bouquets, a number of buttonholes and flowers for decoration – were just sublime and surpassed all my expectations. The team kept me updated throughout, gave upfront quotes and even allowed us to collect the flowers earlier than planned on the morning of the wedding. They were always available and so friendly and helpful. I want to say a huge thank you for making the whole process so smooth and stress-free and for creating the wedding flowers of my dreams. You guys rock!

Wedding bouquet! I did not have much time left to order my wedding bouquet. I emailed the shop 3 weeks before my the wedding day. They replayed to me so quickly. They were super helpful and the communication flow really smooth. The flowers were so beautiful and the costumers services amazing.

I purchased a bouquet of roses from the shop late last week for Saturday. Alison made sure to get fresh roses the morning of delivery, and had the bouquet and card delivered within an hour of the shop opening. Absolutely stellar service, lovely arrangements, and wonderful, speedy communication. I will certainly be shopping here again.

I am in Turkey and my fiance is in England. I bought flowers for my fiance from their website even though my English is not good and I made some other mistakes while filling the form but they patiently went ahead and delivered my gift to my fiance. I am grateful to them and I hope to see their shop closely one day.

We went to Floral Expression for flowers for our April 2023 wedding, and were so happy we did. As I am based in London, we had communication over email which was simple and straightforward.
