Went in for a few ideas on sofas and dining tables. Spoken to B and the Boss. Very friendly people and pleasant experience. Will be visiting again when ready to order. Excellent customer service from B. Highly recommend.

Visited Millhouse this weekend, to order a new sofa wasn’t sure on colours or fabrics, Adele,s customer service was amazing she spent lots of time with us helping us choose , nothing was too much trouble for her and so pleased with what she helped us put together. Visited the store twice recently. So lovely to walk around this unique building and store that is nothing like the usual cloned furniture supplier outlets. On both occasions the customer service was excellent. I placed my order and I have already had two phone calls (from Adele) with updates following a special request I placed regarding delivery. I'll be returning to make more purchases but I'd highly recommend anyone looking for any beautiful household items (furniture, artwork, mirrors plus so much more) pop along and take a look. You won't be disappointed.

Visited this store on a recommendation, it was WELL worth the journey. Beautiful shop to walk around and get inspiration. (Even gave us advice on where to eat locally as we were ravenous for lunch after the journey!) Customer service exceptional, they listened to what we wanted and gave us some great advice and thoughts. We placed an order for two settees and am already mulling over some side tables and other bits and pieces. It really was an exceptional store / experience.
