Excellent value for money from £10:50 for 18 holes. lovely staff and a great course which offers a good challenge for all levels.
Great good club at the top of the park. there’s a beautiful rose garden where family can relax on the grass, picnic and play or sit at the picnic tables relaxing, eating and enjoying taking in your beautiful surroundings. the park leads down through the woods to the leeds - liverpool canal with breathtaking views and beautiful walks. there’s a lively little play park that never gets too crowded and parking on the roadside. the for the most part gotts park can be enjoyed by anyone and everyone wether using buggy’s, bikes or wheelchairs. dog friendly park with plenty off poop bins i place to help keep the park free of dog mess
This place is grass roots golf at its core one of only three municipal courses left in leeds which the council want to close .over the years the place has been subject to vandalism on the course but due to the hard work of the greenstaff and members it keeps bouncing back ,golf should be available to all no matter what your postcode let's lose the elitness golf portrays and invest in keeping these grass root venues open for the people of leeds for future generations to come . please people support this golf club it has a lovely layout which tests your golf skills to the max although short you could easily rack up a high score so respect is the key word. i have to mention the clubhouse staff who couldn't have been nicer over the phone and whilst checking in .cracking little clubhouse area for a lovely coffee after your game post mortem brilliant thank you gotts park and leeds for cracking afternoons game of golf.
This place is a gem for dog walkers. so peaceful and stunning. plenty of parking, cafe inside (don't think they allow pooches) lovely rose garden. nice walks along the canal are optional.
Good people play there and deserve more support from owners, leeds city council. the course has some lovely views over the city, but due to being open parkland to the public, the course suffers. the greens are very slow and could easily be improved. great to see the clubhouse being used. a lovely old place. after match catering was delicious. come on leeds! this place could be a little treasure. support this sport and you will be rewarded.
