RMUK Hair Beauty Day Spa

I always have a fantastic experience at RMUK! I wasn't sure if I could justify the price, but when I looked elsewhere the options weren't much cheaper. Also, as soon as I was back at the salon I remembered that it is worth every penny. Everyone is so lovely, the salon is beautiful and the bar waiting area is a huge plus! Most importantly, I have never had a better haircut in my life. My hair always feels incredible and this is the only salon that has ever checked if I have skin sensitivities (which I do, and which they always cater for). I cannot wait until my next haircut so I can feel that relaxed all over again. Bethany did a great job!

I came here because of the Google reviews. I must confess that this is probably one of the best experiences I have had at a salon other than in my own home city (Minneapolis, MN, USA). The first time I arrived, they’ll take care of your jacket and check you in. I had Tim take care of my hair. He’s a joy to speak with and I felt very welcomed. I was looking for guidance in what to do with my hair and his expertise shined brightly. I did a cut and blow dry. I shared my concerned that I wanted to change my highlights more to a natural state. He recommended I book an appointment with Massi. I came back a few days later and also booked a wax appointment with Anna. Again, I shared my thoughts about what I wanted with my hair and Massi took great care of my hair. The before and after is night and day. There’s also a dog named Cookie (I think) and she sits on your lap while you get your hair done. It’s so fun! I also got a Brazilian wax from Anna. She’s very nice and she makes it quick and painless as possible. The salon is gorgeous and modern. There are multiple floors and a place to wait for your next appointment. They have assistants to ask if you want something to drink. These stylists definitely know what they’re doing and I wish they had a branch in the US. Regardless, I’d fly here just to get my hair done in a heartbeat. Thank you for the expertise, the warm welcome, and making me feel like another regular.

Had a haircut with Bethany and she really takes her time to explain everything and make sure the haircut will suit you. I know it's a good haircut since my hair arranges itself simply by using a blow dryer, no need to style it too much for it to look great! Also loved my nail appointment with Anna, she is such a nice and warm person and you can relax and open up to her while getting your manicure done. I think I'll remain a faithful customer to this salon!

I went for the first time at RMKU and I met Antonio. Was last minute appointment booked one day before and I was reluctant to go . He was so kind, professional and he did a very good job x By the way , lasted until next day . Please make sure this review reaches Antonio and the owner of the salon is aware! Is really nice to appreciate good employees x I will definitely return to RMKU !
